Getting started

How do I save a post?
Tap Share on any post — in X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Safari or Chrome — and pick BucketSave from the share sheet. The app opens on the Save screen with the link already filled in. Tap "Save to stash" and it's in your library.
BucketSave isn't in my share sheet.
On iPhone or iPad, tap Share, scroll the app row to the end, and tap "More". Find BucketSave in the list and turn it on — you can drag it up the order while you're there. If it isn't listed at all, open BucketSave once and try again; iOS registers the share extension after the first launch.
On Android, BucketSave is registered when you install it and appears in the share sheet for links and text. Android orders that sheet by what you share with most, so it may start further down the list; sharing to it a few times moves it up.
Can I save something without using the share sheet?
Yes. Copy the link, open BucketSave, and paste it straight into the Save screen.
Do I have to connect my social accounts?
No, and you can't — BucketSave never asks for logins to other services. It only sees the individual link you choose to share with it.

Previews, tags and collections

My saved item has no title or thumbnail.
The preview fills in a second or two after saving, once the server has fetched the page. If it stays blank, the source didn't publish the tags we read — private accounts, age-restricted posts and links behind a login often don't. The link itself is still saved and still opens.
What's the difference between tags and collections?
An item lives in one collection but can carry as many tags as you like. Collections work well for broad buckets — Recipes, Work — and tags for the cross-cutting details.
How do I find something I saved a while ago?
Search from the home screen covers everything in your library, including the titles and descriptions pulled in automatically. You can also filter by tag.
What happens if I delete a collection?
The items in it are not deleted — they stay in your library, just without a collection.

Account and data

How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the You tab, then Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and everything saved under it — items, tags and collections. It cannot be undone.
I have uninstalled the app. Can I still delete my account?
Yes, and you do not need to reinstall it. Email lorik.kastrati@bk-solutions.info from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. It is removed, with everything saved under it, within 30 days.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes — ask at lorik.kastrati@bk-solutions.info and we'll send an export of what's held for your account.
Is my library private?
Your stash is yours, and nobody else can see it. The exceptions are the ones you pick: a post you save into a group is visible to that group’s members alongside your handle, and your username is visible to anyone searching for someone to add. Anything you put in the Vault stays behind your PIN. The privacy policy sets out exactly what's stored.
I forgot my password.
Email lorik.kastrati@bk-solutions.info and we'll help you get back in.
